September 9th, 2025 - received an email that their machine needed servicing. Follow up on Wednesday to see where things stand. They have a C8145 s/n #EHQ236447 installed in September 2021. Records show they had an old 7845 s/n #MX4776455. Ask them if they still have that machine (from 2016). Also, their volumes show an average monthly volume of 30,000+ prints. What do they have for a backup? Are they on a third-party lease? Looks like they are on OECM service rates. Sent an email with all of these questions. Call on Friday if no word before then. |
