October 3rd, 2025 - worked with Dana and Carla to resolve all estimated meter readings on their account. Worked with their IT department to get proper meter readings for the three devices that were non-reporting. Asked Dana what we do about non-reporting devices?
August 25th, 2025 - received a statement from Devadharshini R. Asked for copies of all of the PDF invoices to be attached and that all late fees are removed. Review the account invoices "matched" to the fleet report then review with Shelley. |
