She indicated that is already receiving a message that the unit is low on toner and she does not have any on hand. Peter explained how the auto replenishment system works but indicated that he would place an order for a new toner. Peter contacted the supplies line and placed an order for a new toner #S20750749. Peter also confirmed that they were active in the auto replenishment system and, in fact, were scheduled to have a new toner shipped on Dec 09, 2025 under the automatic system. Peter followed-up via email with Gagnon informing her of order, auto supply system status, and that they had been scheduled for a toner to be shipped on Dec 09 pursuant to the automatic system. |
