October 6th, 2025 - discovered wrong CPC rates charged to client for years 4 and 5 - sent the details to Dana for processing. |

October 20th, 2025 - Toller confirmed that he will be there on the 28th. Follow up with Michel after that.
October 6th, 2025 - spoke with Michel today. He sent another note to Toller about scheduling a service call for the KIP unit.
September 5th, 2025 - sent an email to Michel to see if someone from TBXI contacted him. Asked Jason if he might be interested in taking on service "outside" of the Xerox service support avenue. Maybe this is something CGV would invest in to have a local tech.
August 28th, 2025 - Michel was having print quality issues with the KIP. Asked Toller for support/advice. |
