25 Nov 25 - Peter called Cecile for QTP. There are no issues with the current Xerox device. Cecile indicated that the church pastor and Sunday school are interested in having a unit that does colour printing and are interested in a wi-fi package so their device(s) have wifi capability. She requested two proposals; one to upgrade their current unit to a colour unit, enabled with wifi, and the second proposal to add a colour machine with the wifi package. Karyn was advised and will prepare and forward two proposals to Cecile to take to the board for consideration. |
