Contact person Liz Burwell reported that there is an intermittent problem when copying larger volumes the whole page greys. She has tried cleaning the surface of the glass and the glass scanner on the underside of the lid but it has not rectified the situation. Peter indicated that Kap Data would arrange for a service tech to attend to the issue. 20 Nov 25 Karyn requested Jason Yanta to arrange for a service response. On 21 Nov 25 Peter sent an email to the customer advising that a ticket had been created and a technician would be responding. |

19 Nov 25 - Peter called the office and was advised that the contact person for the office equipment is "Anna" and that she is away but returning 20 Nov 25. Peter will follow-up upon "Anna's" return. 20 Nov 2025 Peter called and learned that the contact person for the Xerox equipment is Lix Burwell. Burwell explained that the equipment runs well, their supplies are sufficient, but there is an intermittent problem when copying larger volumes the whole page greys. She has tried cleaning the surface of the glass and the glass scanner on the underside of the lid but it has not rectified the situation. Peter indicated that Kap Data would arrange for a service tech to attend to the issue. |
