November 24th, 2025 - spoke with Danielle. She tried to put a call in the service system but was told she didn't have an agreement. I called and was able to get a call in the system. Ticket number MNT-0452283. She is also having a problem with scan to email. Sent an email to Scott and he said to wait until the copier issue is fixed then he'll see what is going on. |
