26 Nov 25 - Peter called Tracy Hayter-Chiasson for QTP and to speak about upgrading as their unit is 10 years old. Pro Pipe Construction Inc is a new business operating under Dalcon Constructors Inc. Chiasson indicated that she is having issues with blotching and smearing. She had Core business solutions look at the unit however, the issues persist. She indicated that they were no longer on a cost/service agreement with Xerox. Peter asked about upgrading their unit to provide a more modern solution with less service issues but Tracy advised that they are not able to do anything with office equipment. In order to acquire any new equipment they must lease it from their parent company PLC Construction, and have no options to do otherwise. Peter indicated that he would look into whether or not Emerald could potentially service their units, with Dalcon paying the costs directly. Peter and Karyn looked into the matter and the only manner to provide service is through Xerox on T&M with direct billing. Peter called and left a message for Tracy, suggesting she contact Karyn, for further info. He followed up via email advising of the rates, provided by service manager Steve Decary, for T&M service and indicated to her if she had further questions to contact Karyn, due to her elevated level of experience. No further action. No business opportunity exists at this location. |
