November 20th, 2025 - exchanged notes with Pina and forwarded details to Mike. Connect with him on Friday for an update via email.
November 19th, 2025 - sent a follow-up note to Pina and promised to connect with her on Friday. Mike had a meeting with Frid on the 18th.
November 17th, 2025 - sent Pina's update about TSG to Mike and Shaun. Sent two images of contracts to Mike. He will review with Fred/legal about their issues.
August 25th, 2025 - met with Sam today and learned that he may be selling his business early in 2026. The other person already has a V280. We told Sam we would gather all the facts and financial details for him to review with the potential new owner, so they can decide what to do. Spoke with Shaun about the account. Review the details with DANA to see what happens at the renewal term for the V180. |
