24 Nov 25 - Peter called Steve McEvoy for a QTP. No issues, Steve is extremely pleased with the level of support and service he has been receiving since Kap Data took over account management and Xerox took over service delivery. Steve inquired whether Xerox still desired to put a parts locker in Fort Frances at his location. If so, he would need the size and dimensions of the locker so that he can ensure sufficient space is provided. Peter advised that he would have Karyn canvass the service managers during their weekly call on 25 Nov 25 and Peter would let Steve know regarding the status of this initiative. |
